8 best guidelines to start your journey

Before you get started, here are some of the best guidelines that I have compiled. I hope they will help you along your financial journey.

These guidelines will serve as a reminder that you will face challenges along the way. You will experience setbacks from time to time. Other times, you will not obtain the result you had hoped for.

But don’t despair. Look on the bright side of any situation and take something positive away from it. Know that you will be fine.

1/ Simplify

Clear your mind, physical space, digital space and social life. Free your heart from hatred, free your mind from worries and focus on your happiness and growth.

2/ Take one step at a time

Most journeys are filled with obstacles and challenges. As a result, making mistakes are an essential part of the learning process. So, focus on one step at a time. Just don’t stop moving forward.

3/ Be mindful of your time and energy

Time and energy get depleted throughout the day. Concentrate only on what is important. Only one thing at a time.

4/ Take care of your body and mind

Drink water, take Vitamins D3 & K2, eat more vegetables and fruits, spend time outdoors, exercise,  reduce screen time, read more and sleep 7-8 hours.

5/ Embrace change

Nothing is constant in nature. So, simply accept what you cannot control.

6/ Manage your finances

Live below your means, diversify your investments and have a long time horizon. Above all expect and accept volatility.
